1. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The structure consists of 3 layers: Corrugated iron/ stainless steel/ aluminum + PU + corrugated iron/ stainless steel/ aluminum.
Shell layer: 2 layers of galvanized/ aluminum zinc or stainless steel/ aluminum foil are corrugated and sprayed with scratch-resistant PE film.
PU layer (Polyurethane): PU JAVTA outside panel has a thickness of 50mm – 200mm.
PU source is imported 100% from Europe with high quality, outstanding PU layer with excellent sound and heat insulation. Fire resistance up to 2 hours at a temperature of 200°C. The PU layer is soft, smooth, tight, does not condense air bubbles to increase the load capacity, limit moisture penetration, prevent heat loss, sweating.

- Good sound and heat insulation, effective against fire spread
The foam core is pressed tightly against the shell, helps the PU layer to be soft, smooth and tight, creating a sustainable structure, outstanding waterproofing, and preventing heat loss. Therefore, the works using PU panel in addition to being able to resist heat well also helps commodity products to retain value even when harvested for a long time.
Javta Pu panel layer helps cover, with tight joints to help ensure the working environment, warehouse,…avoid being affected by the impact of the environment and weather. Prevent heat absorption in summer and release heat in winter to increase heat insulation. Outside Javta PU panel has excellent sound insulation and sound absorption ability, sound waves when meeting PU panel will move in a zigzag line and decrease gradually, suitable for projects with high requirements for sound insulation.
Heat resistant up to 700°C. Fire isolation, fire spread, prolong fire protection time.

Javta PU panel also withstands strong winds up to 300km/h.

2 super durable and waterproof corrugated iron, anti-abrasion, antibacterial, anti-dust, bright colors, the paint is durable in all weather. PU surface is easy to clean, PU porous layer is not decomposed, moldy.
